WHO WE ARE

B + P stands for Becker and Partners and we are a group of independent entrepreneurs who wish to sustainably help and support proprietors and companies/entrepreneurs during expansions, product developments, sales, restructuring and staffing bottlenecks based on Christian and ethical values with an honest and upfront approach.

Our team consists of retired bank directors, lawyers and family business entrepreneurs, former board members of medium-sized corporations and young executives who have managed companies with global operations. The team is led by the entrepreneur, investor and visionary Fabian P. Becker.
For more than 12 years Fabian P. Becker has managed medium-sized companies that produce and supply products for international OEMS in the field of fluid technology and hydraulic systems in Germany, USA and Asia. He lived in the USA for 6 years and, with his international foresight, technical and commercial knowledge and extensive experience in industrial enterprises, created the foundation for B + P Connect.

Our team and network of experts has gathered experience in many different fields, markets and various sized companies over many years and has set itself the goal to actively supporting entrepreneurs with hand-on, in general but also difficult and specific situations. Using this life and work experience true to the motto: by professionals for professionals.
